The kitchen as a stage
Design & Style
A kitchen that becomes the "stage" for daily life and where the relationships are fostered
Scenery’s minimalism of form (absolutely no handles, groove strips for opening baskets) makes it the perfect backdrop, camouflaging its functional aspects and underlining its continuity with the living area. The overall effect is reinforced by a wealth of glamorous details, a wide assortment of doors (with lacquered finishes, in laminate, in glass, or in wood with a variety of textures and colours, and an innovative system of islands that offer immense compositional freedom.
Islands and peninsulas of varying shapes and sizes, equipped with hob (in steel) and storage units.
Gloss Oak Grey veneer for the base units, and Tundra Grey gloss lacquered finish for the wall and tall units, in this composition with the Dupont™ Glacier White Corian® worktop.
As in all Scavolini products, the folding-door wall units, drawers and wellequipped baskets are all absolutely functional.
The state-of-the-art steel suspended hood is another sophisticated design item.
Gloss White lacquered doors for the composition that includes a combination of wall units and peninsula and uses a sliding glass partition to separate the working area of the kitchen from the living zone. The "Mirage" solution ensures the guests can share an excellent view of the preparations for a lunch or dinner to be enjoyed together.
There are no handles in the door front panels; in the modern Scenery kitchen, the units are opened by means of grooves or by handles set into the tops or sides of the fronts.
Scenery is also available with doors in "Tactile” Pure White Spruce, a finish created by a special process which makes all the wood’s natural "feel" fully perceptible to the touch (on the left).
Matt tempered glass Olive Green with aluminium trims on the doors of the wall units and the fronts of the pull-out baskets installed on the island. The other units are in Light Oak (on the right).
