CARCASE

In 18 mm thick environment-friendly water-repellent (swelling after 24 hours 10% max) particle board panels with low formaldehyde content (class F**** under Japanese standard ), covered on both sides, with matt melamine finish.
All-round laminate edging 0.3 mm thick.

SHELVES

In 18 mm thick particle board panels with low formaldehyde content (class E1), covered on both sides, with matt melamine finish.
Front edge in ABS 1 mm thick (in laminate 0.3 mm thick for Antique Walnut carcase), 0.3 mm laminate edging on the remaining sides.

GLASS SHELVES

6 mm thick tempered glass slab (th.8 mm for units w. 120 cm) with polished bevelled edges.

BACK PANEL

Wood fibre panel 3 mm thick, water-based varnish finish.

CARCASE COLOUR

Side, top, and bottom panels and shelves in Antique Walnut  melamine; customised back panel colour (Cream with decoration).

Drawers and baskets

DRAWERS depth 50 cm

Solid Beech sides; bottom panel in 16 mm Beech melamine; back panel in multi-layered Birch. With concealed Steel runners, calibrated to withstand high dynamic loads (50 Kg).  Snap-in system prevents drawers coming off runners.
Drawer vertical and front horizontal position can be adjusted.
Blumotion closure system.

PULL-OUT BASKETS depth 50 cm

Solid Beech sides; Beech melamine bottom panel 16 mm thick; Birch plywood back panel. Anodised aluminium profile side rail.  With retracting steel runners, allowing full extraction, calibrated to withstand high dynamic loads (50 Kg). Lock-in system to prevent removal from runners. Basket vertical and front horizontal position can be adjusted.
Blumotion closure system.
Pull-out baskets depth 45 cm for sink base units.
