Laminate
Models available
The Laminate and Melamine doors used in our kitchens are manufactured with top quality materials designed to combat leaking water and damp as effectively as possible. Polyurethane glues which are highly resistant to water, damp, heat and steam are used for the edges.
Cleaning.
For routine maintenance of Laminate and Melamine doors, use a soft cloth and a specific detergent, or simply a micro-fibre cloth (available from our Dealers). To remove stubborn dirt use a soft brush and/or sponge with a liquid or neutral detergent. Remove all traces of detergent with a dry cloth to prevent the surface from losing its shine or becoming smeared.
Lime scale stains.
For surfaces use detergents containing weak acids (10-15% acetic acid, diluted citric acid). For less stubborn lime scale stains, a sponge dampened with warm water or a little vinegar may be sufficient. Biro marks. Ink stains may be removed using alcohol and a cloth.
Do not:
- use steel wool pads, products containing abrasive creams or powder detergents which might ruin the shine of the surface
- use acetone and thinner
